Kinect 2 reported to recognize lips

A new report has been made from Eurogamer stating the Kinect 2 will be strong enough recognize lip movements

"One development source told Eurogamer that Kinect 2 will be so powerful it will enable games to lip read, detect when players are angry, and determine in which direction they are facing."

So what does that mean? Will it also have a voice automated service saying, "Calm down, no need to get upset. There are no such thing as losers." Imagine what the Kinect 2 would do if The Incredible Hulk was playing. Also, this gives more evidence on the rumored Xbox LOOP might be announced next year.
